To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must still be in the original packaging.

Custom Masonic and military rings can be returned unless they have been engraved. We cannot issue refunds if it is engraved.

We will process your refund within 48 hours to 72 hours upon receipt of the product. Most banks take an additional 5-10 business days to complete our refund request. Your order number and return number (RA#) are the same.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and product details and we will provide you with a free return label. Used items cannot be returned.
